M G Mohan Kumar is a Chartered Accountant by profession. In a career filled with Wealth of experience & expertise in setting up new business, MK held several key titles including Director – Finance & CFO of Deccan aviation Ltd. MK studied the global aviation industry & worked out a revenue model best suited for Indian aviation industry & able to successfully bring revolution in the aviation industry, which was under the monopoly of only few airlines. During his tenure with Deccan, he architected major financial deals, huge investments & aircraft acquisition. Advisor & Consultant for IPO’s since 1985 for listing on Indian Stock Exchange, Corporate Governance matters & other Corporate Management matters.

Suresh S Naik

Suresh S Naik, an Engineer by profession, started his career as a telecom Engineer in 1989. In 2000, Joined Information technology revolution, Engineered Development of Innovative, in-house products for Major Indian telecom players like BPL, Spice & Hutch (Vodafone). His latest assignment was with M/s. Radixx International as the head for Asia-Pacific development centre.
